The Strawberry Rhubarb Crumb Bars look great, were pretty easy overall, but I haven't tasted them yet. I love that I made these with berries that I picked and rhubarb from my garden, how cool!
Changes I made:
- Used 1.5 cups strawberries instead of 1 cup
- Used Truvia Baking Blend instead of Swerve Sweetener
